Registration
There will be no conference fee for accepted participants (max 70) beyond the centre and accommodation fees (see accommodation page); however, a deposit of 200 CHF will be required to confirm your reservation. Participants staying for the whole period will be given precedence. This sum will be discounted from your accomodation costs (or from your daily contribution to costs, if you are staying in an external hotel) upon attendance. In case of non-attendance, the sum will not be refunded.
Deadline for full consideration: 28th February 2009.
While we confirm the participation of applicants who already registered, the deadline for late registration has been extended until Apr 30th. Late registrations will be considered on a first come first served basis as long as places are still available
